Is it possible to become severely symptomatic in the absence of Lactic Acidosis,only Hyperlactetemia after only 3 months of a d4T based regime.

Yes,We have seen cases with severe Hepatic Steatosis in 2 female patients in the absence of Lactic Acidosis after 4 months of ART.
