hi hitesh,
in india as far i know by 10 months ago we start with who advised regiem kaletra with zidovudine, lamuvudine, and efavirenz.
this is based on resistance test which i will post in threads..

Dear Hitesh,
Since all our first lines have either NVP or EFV, I suggest no NNRTI in the second line under any circumstance.
